Global Health Education Consortium
A consortium of health care educators from the United States and Canada, GHEC works to promote global health education in four areas – curriculum and training materials development, clinical training, career development, and education policy.
Johns Hopkins Center for Clinical Global Health Education
This Center offers health care providers in resource-limited settings access to the expertise and experience of Johns Hopkins University clinical faculty. Distance education tools and resources are available.

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention-Coordinating Office for Global Health
Coordinates the CDC's global health activities and policy implementation. Provides resources and technical assistance to employees in the international public health sector. Provides quick links to current international travel and public health news.
Global Health Security Initiative
Launched in Canada, this international partnership was formed to strengthen public health preparedness and response to threats of biological, chemical, radio-nuclear terrorism (CBRN) and pandemic influenza. Documents from a number of GHSI working groups are available.
The Office of Global Health Affairs (OGHA)-Globalhealth.gov
Represents the Department of Health and Human Services to other government, agency, and international organizations. Develops U.S. policy and strategy positions related to international and refugee health issues. An archive of government reports, statements, and data is provided along with information on international health employment and training opportunities.
World Health Organization
This comprehensive site offers a number of global health publications, databases, and research tools. WHO provides data and statistics for infectious diseases at country, regional, and global levels.
